Indicted officer threatened to cast "voodoo" spells

This cop sounds like some mad wack, literally!

I'm not surprised. She is human. Being a cop doesn't exempt them from getting into trouble or turning criminal.

Maybe she is a creole women, you know they can bury your draws in the backyard and you can't leave out of the front door.

some folks take the whole voodoo thing quite seriously. From what I understand, it is a religion. Which makes it all the more disturbing that she is "casting spells", because she apparently believes in the power. Very curious that she could threaten a superior officer and still have a job at all! And that was what, 4 years ago?
