So... I'm not sure its a publicized thing...but the school board of education and my particular school are banning people from bringing in screw-off top containers. Although I know why they are doing it, it still does not seem fair to those of us who aren't drunken idiots and NEED the waterbottles to keep ourselves from getting dehydrated. They sell waterbottles at school, but now the board of education are changing the rules once more to make it so the vending machines are off until after school. Even if the waterbottle vending machine was on all throughout school, I'm not going to waste a dollar EVERY DAY because of one incident. I don't know...right now it seems unfair. Outsiders opinions would be nice

way back when I was in school, there were water fountains.... We were not allowed to eat or drink anything in class. I don't recall anyone getting dehydrated as a result.

Zoo you made me laugh . Some kids now-a-days want every thing to suit them, they are so spoiled.I dont know you Kayla G, so I hope you wont be offended by what I said. I understand why the school would do that, not allowing anything that could have been already opened BEFORE it reached inside the school building.Got to take precautions. And just because you may not do anything wrong, that dosent mean that another student wont try and bring alcohol to school.

When I was in school the water fountain was shiny and clean. We always picked up after ourselves (we had to),we cared how the school looked,we behaved (mostly) and vandalism was seldom seen. What happened between then and the dirty water fountain of today? What have we done with our children? Lets take a good look at ourselves and try,at least try,to make things right.P.S. For my money you can bring and drink from any bottle you want.
