I have noticed something on the undersides of the leaves of my holly bushes in last few days. It almost looks like a bunch of small cocoons or similar to spider nests. They aren't moving but are small and silky. the best way to describe them are very small cocoons. Is this a bug or a disease and what can i use to get rid of it. I had a couple holies in the last 2 years that i had to remove due to them dying.
