I have an evergreen that is turning brown and all the needles are falling off. This browning started in the middle of the bush and now has almost spead all the way from top to bottom. I thought maybe I was just going to loose this one but noticed today that my other evergreens that are along the house have all started browning. The needles all look different some are completely brown, some are spotted and some of them the tips are still green. I don't know if it is a fungus or a bug. This is not a normal leaf drop. Can you please help!!!
This could be a delayed reaction to last year's drought. They may have internal damage that they can't recover from, but keeping them as stress free as possible with adequate water is about all you can do to try to save them.
