You could pot them up and move them, but the stress during this time of year might be more than they could take; watering and using a shade cloth cover until they re-establish will help. I don't want to discourage you, but if it doesn't work out to you, keep in mind that the Farmer's markets do a great job of getting fresh produce to you.

I tried transplanting about 8 tomato plants from my compost area to another garden area about 1 week ago. Not one of them made it due to the rain and the heat.
