I have a lot of Stella D'oro daylillies that are being infested with white bugs of some type. They are covering the unbloomed heads, the stalks and runs down into the greenery. Does anyone know what these bugs are and what I would use to control them before all of my daylillies get ate up?

They might be aphids. Just spray the plants off with a high pressure nozzle on your garden hose every few days. That should take care of them.
