I'm having problems with a weeping willow tree that I purchased last summer. Some of the branches look like they are dead. They have turned black and the leaves have fallen off of those branches. This spring when the tree began to leaf out, all of the branches had leaves. Now only a few have leaves. I have watered the tree regularly. Also I have a Bradford Pear Tree that has sproutted little Bradford Pear Trees. When or should I dig these up and transpant them?
